Damon Jackson resigns from Optimus Board

Damon Jackson has resigned as a Director of Optimus Group Co Limited and VINZ and as Managing Director of JEVIC.

Mr Jackson led JEVIC from its establishment in 2001 to becoming a world leader in pre-shipment inspections with subsidiaries in New Zealand, Singapore and United Kingdom and affiliates globally. He became a Director of VINZ following its acquisition by JEVIC in 2013 and has been a Director of Optimus Group Co Limited since its formation.

Mr Jackson is leaving for personal reasons, and on good terms: “VINZ is an industry leader, JEVIC’s revenues have grown to the highest levels we have seen since 2001, and the Inspection Segment is delivering very strong returns to Optimus Group. Succession is assured with strong and capable leadership teams in place across all business units in the company’s inspections segment.”
