If you change your mind and want o cancel your purchase

How to cancel a booking
Please phone the branch conducting the Warrant of Fitness (WoF) Inspection (see the email confirming your purchase) and provide your purchase details to request a refund.

Refunds
Refund will only be accepted until 31/12/2021.

Refunds are paid directly into your bank account. You will need to reply to a VINZ email requesting your bank account details. (For security reasons, we cannot accept this information over the phone.)

Your refund will be processed within three working days of receipt of your email with your bank account details.
