For this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent people management skills with experience of training, supporting and motivating a team
- Automotive technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills to deliver our high standard of customer service
- Experience of promoting best practice to ensure our health and safety and quality assurance standards are met.
