VINZ Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) – Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel a booking

Please phone the branch conducting the Pre-Purchase Inspection (see the email confirming your booking) and provide your booking details to request a cancellation.

Refunds

If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your PPI booking, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your PPI booking or do not present your vehicle at the branch at the booked time, at the discretion of VINZ, 75% of your initial payment will be refunded to you.

Refunds are paid directly into your bank account. You will need to reply to a VINZ email requesting your bank account details. (For security reasons, we cannot accept this information over the phone.)

Your refund will be processed within three working days of receipt of your email with your bank account details.
