VINZ are experts in the field of vehicle inspection, passionate about what we do and the outcomes we achieve. We know it’s ‘our people’ that make the difference through their delivery of quality services consistently – starting with our front of house Customer Service Officers.
To keep our Christchurch Branch (Sydenham) at the top of their game we require a well organised, approachable and professional individual to be our new Customer Service Officer.
To be successful you will have 3+ years’ administrative experience, demonstrable customer service ability, sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail!
Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. What is important is your ‘customer first’ approach, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as a collaborative team member.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 8am and 5pm, with rostered Saturday mornings.
