We punch well above our weight, and to remain the best we recognise the need for ongoing L&D interventions to boost organisational and employee capability, technical and otherwise.

Design and deliver the full L&D function supported by a small dedicated and savvy HR team within an expanding business. This is an important role, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, contributing to our strategic direction of organisational growth through targeted L&D interventions. All things digital will be a key driver of VINZ’s future journey.

We seek an innovative and experienced L&D professional with experience working across the full spectrum of the ADDIE model and the 10-20-70 learning framework. You will have experience in conducting detailed learning needs analysis and turning that analysis into the right learning solution, keeping the learner experience front of mind. You’ll work closely with senior managers and key stakeholders to truly understand the business and shape appropriate learning solutions.

Ideally, you’ll be familiar with technical training in addition to soft skills, however you will be ‘a go getter’ and ready for your next career move.

It is anticipated you will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of training programmes.
• Proven ability in building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
• Experience with Leaning Management Systems, content creation and management.
• Successful project management of strategic learning projects.
• Knowledge & experience of current learning technology interventions (e.g. virtual classrooms, webinar, interactive classrooms, e-Learning, etc.)
