The opportunity: We require a tech savvy, proactive IT professional to successfully bring our digital products, people and processes together to improve organisational productivity and provide the platform for ongoing innovation, profitability and growth.

Reporting to the GM – Commercial and supported by the IT project team you will assist and support staff and customers alike to fully utilise our new technology and reap the rewards.

The day to day: You’ll analyse and plan technical support, contribute to the design, construction and deployment of key components of our SharePoint environment and provide
support and guidance for both SharePoint and Offic365.

Process improvement will be your passion and you’ll play a critical role in supporting and deploying new digital products and tools

Working closely with senior managers and key stakeholders you’ll quickly come to grasp the business and thereby shape appropriate digital and IT solutions.

It is anticipated you will bring:

• Competence with a variety of IT tools, systems and environments including
Office365,SharePoint, CRM, Cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
and mobile applications.

• Experience in software deployment including Office365, as well as
migration methodology and post migration support.

• Ability to administer, manage and improve new core e-product solutions –
from deployment to implementation and optimise further.

• Strong understanding of an array of computer equipment, peripherals,
mobile devices and software with ability to resolve tier 2 and 3
end user issues.

• Logical problem-solving expertise to perform root cause analysis and
determine appropriate courses of action.

• Ability to interface with end users – a strong customer focus.

• Some project management experience along with sound business acumen.
