Customer Service Officer – Nelson Part Time

VINZ are experts in the field of vehicle inspection. We take pride in delivering quality inspections and customer service through our highly trained teams of qualified staff New Zealand wide.

Our branch in Nelson has a permanent part-time role for a Customer Service Officer.

Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. What is important is that you are flexible and well organised, with a proven ‘can do’ attitude. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will underpin your customer service delivery and generate repeat business.

Hours: 20 hours per week + rostered Saturdays
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm
Rostered Saturdays 8.00am to 12pm midday (every 2nd Saturday)

Required skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills & attributes

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative or general office role
  • sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail!
  • Demonstrable customer service ability
